Certification
Every piece of Osmium is examined in an Osmium-Institute after crystallization during the incoming inspection. The cut, which is performed via wire EDM process, is planned and commissioned. The cut pieces are catalogued, certified, weighed and measured. The surface scan is entered into the Osmium-World-Database with the four-eye principle.
Market introduction
In order to establish Osmium in the free market, it is first entered into circulation. This initial introduction refers to the first sale of an Osmium piece to a dealer after the Osmium has been certified. Osmium-Institutes don’t trade with Osmium, meaning they don’t buy crystalline Osmium, in order to not compete with the dealers.
Competence
Osmium-Institutes employ key personnel on all matters regarding crystalline Osmium. They inform the press and Osmium owners. They train employees and sales partners.
Monopoly
A natural and economic monopoly exists for Osmium in crystalline form. The monopoly protects against plagiarism and promises safety in the handling of the Osmium-World-Database.
Control
Every step of the work in an Osmium-Institute succumbs to the four-eye principle. The safety in the handling of personal data and object data are our very own obligation. We take this task very seriously and fulfil it with special awareness as part of the service to our customers.
World council
The Osmium-World-Council is an association that gathers interests and specifies rules. All players in the Osmium market have a voice here and are heard. The world council works only with honorary staff from the entire world who know the Osmium market very well. The council has the task of auditing the editing of data in the Osmium-World-Database at regular intervals in accordance with the rules of the protocol. It issues an internal audit report and, if necessary, gives instructions and makes recommendations for process changes.
